Returns & Refunds policy

At GiftyJar, every gift is packed with love and care.
We want you (and your loved ones) to be happy with your order!

If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@giftyjar.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or process a refund (as per your preference).

2. No Return on Custom or Personalized Gifts

Since each personalized gift or custom jar is made specially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for them unless damaged during delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at hello@giftyjar.com with details. We’ll ensure a quick replacement or refund.
